Never before have we witnessed such a whirlwind of change in the pharmaceutical sector.
Economic downturns, the aftermath of Brexit, spiralling production costs, constricted pipelines and the voluntary scheme for branded medicines pricing and access capping (VPAS) have swirled into a bilious cocktail of pharmaceutical challenges, garnished with cautionary tales and strategic restructures.
The rapid pace of change has prompted many clients to seek our expertise to help craft sensitive internal communications. They want trusted guidance on honest and empathetic employee messaging through organisational restructures, as well as support to navigate tricky communications in challenging times.
So much change and uncertainty is prompting senior experts to act on their desires to work differently. This month we’re thrilled to introduce an ensemble of exceptional individuals who have recently joined our Collective. Adding them to our talent pool means we can support more existing and new clients with time-served experience of delivering specialist and strategic communications.
Our newest experts bring a wealth of industry wisdom, spanning the entire value chain and diverse therapeutic domains. We’re excited to explore and offer their senior expertise in critical areas like medical affairs, publications, medical education, public relations and government affairs.
Together, we’re not just adapting to change, we’re helping clients to command and drive it, guided by our Collective commitment to redefine communications excellence in the pharmaceutical landscape.
