We’ll put together an experienced team with a designated Project Lead as the first point of contact. Or we can assign an individual specialist. We can deliver tasks, campaigns and projects of any size or duration.
Streamlined admin
Instead of account managers and directors, we designate a Project Lead, cutting out the time-consuming procedural baggage that comes with a traditional healthcare communications agency account set-up. We agree the work we’ll do and the timings on a Project Confirmation Form. We’ll invoice according to that schedule.

Exceptional quality
We only enrol consultants into The Difference Collective if they’re personally recommended and have a track record in delivering exceptional work at a senior level. You’ll have the final say on the people we put forward to work with you, to make sure you agree they’re exactly right for the job. Our Project Leads provide co-ordination and overall accountability for top quality, timely delivery from your Difference team.
Infrastructure and security
We’re virtual working experts and we’ve invested in robust IT infrastructure for secure online communication and document storage. Our consultants access secure collaboration tools and centralised resources so they can work effectively wherever they’re based. We share client information and work securely, with controlled access to projtect collateral. The Difference Collective holds public liability, professional indemnity (PI) and cyber insurance. Every consultant has signed an NDA and is covered by their own PI insurance.
